These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1) Who we are

2) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site (unless stated otherwise).
Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3) Informational purposes only (no professional advice)

All content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
It is not, and must not be treated as, professional advice (including tax, accounting, legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice).

You should not act, or refrain from acting, based on any information on the Site without seeking advice from a qualified professional who can consider your specific circumstances. If you require advice, consult a licensed and qualified advisor in the appropriate jurisdiction.

4) No client relationship

Your use of the Site does not create an accountant–client, lawyer–client, fiduciary, advisory, or any other professional relationship between you and us.

Communications through the Site (including contact forms or email) do not create a client relationship unless and until we expressly agree to do so in a written engagement agreement signed by you and us (where applicable).

5) Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

Tax rules, administrative positions, rates, deadlines, forms, and enforcement practices can change frequently and may vary by jurisdiction and by individual facts.

While we aim to keep information current, we do not warrant that any content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it, including by consulting official government sources and/or a qualified professional.

6) No warranties (as-is / as-available)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties/conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we (or our owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, licensors, or agents) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:

  • your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site;
  • any content on the Site (including errors, omissions, or reliance on content);
  • any third-party websites, tools, advertisements, products, or services accessed via the Site; or
  • any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

8) Third-party links and resources

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, services, or policies.

Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

The Site may display advertising (including interest-based advertising) and may include sponsored content, affiliate links, or other monetization features. Any interactions you have with advertisers or sponsors are between you and the relevant third party.

You acknowledge that third parties (including advertising partners) may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers in connection with ad serving, measurement, analytics, and/or personalization, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
